Direct aid where help arrives last.
One-day events, run in person. Meals and supplies where they are short. Clean-up where the ground needs it. The animals nobody counts.
Follow @jasenfoundationWhere the work is
There is more need than any one project can reach. We go where someone on the ground tells us it would help, one city at a time.

What this is
A small private project, not a charity. Every event is paid for personally by the founder. We do not fundraise and we hold no money on anyone's behalf.
One method rather than one cause. Go where someone on the ground says it would help, bring whatever is actually missing, do it ourselves, and write down what happened.
So far that has meant hot meals. It will also mean supplies, clean-up work, and feeding the animals that live where we are working. We would rather be useful than consistent about the category.
How an event works
Someone who lives there runs it. We pay for all of it and support them from Singapore.
- They check with the local authorities whether anything is needed — a permit for handing out food, permission for a clean-up, whatever the work requires.
- They speak to an organisation already working with the people we want to reach, and ask where and when would help.
- We post shirts and a banner, and transfer the money before anything is spent.
- They buy locally — a licensed caterer if there is food, local suppliers for everything else — so it is safe and the money stays in the local economy.
- They do the work, count it, and send us the numbers.
One day. No contract, no commitment, nothing ongoing. If they want to do another, good. If not, we part as friends.
Run one where you live
This only works through people who already know their own city. If that is you, send us a message on Instagram — say where you are and what you think is needed there. A meal, a clean-up, something we have not thought of. We will send you the brief and answer honestly about what it involves.
Follow @jasenfoundationWe accept no money.
Not donations, not sponsorship, not contributions toward an event. If someone offers, we say no and mean it. Everything here is paid for privately, and that is what lets this stay small, unregistered and honest.
